As part of the MIND Integration Project, the opening of Mayoly affiliates1 in Algeria, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Romania & Slovakia is a key milestone which has been successfully completed, bringing an official end to the Transitional Distribution & Promotion Agreements (TDPAs) with Ipsen Pharma2.
Since 1st January 2024, these new Mayoly entities are operational as they obtained distribution and/or promotional licences from local Health Authorities, opened new offices, installed new IT infrastructure, established new contracts with logistics partners, distribution partners and many other service providers. Former Ipsen CHC employees are now employed by the new Mayoly entities!
We would like to take this opportunity to warmly welcome all these new staff members, nearly 100 people across the 6 countries. The Project Team remains committed to supporting them in this transition period while they initiate 2024 business activities. Next steps will notably include the implementation of the new Group ERP – Dynamics 365 (software to manage day to day business activities such as accounting, procurement and supply chain operations) planned throughout January 2024.
We would like to thank all the Project Team members involved in making this project a success, both on a local & global level. Their commitment was essential.
This very important milestone is a key step in Mayoly’s international expansion & development.
1 Names of the new Mayoly Legal Entities are: Mayoly Spindler Algerié, Mayoly Czech Republic, Mayoly Baltics, Mayoly Polska, Mayoly Romania, Mayoly Slovensko
2 One remaining Transitional Distribution Agreement remains for Algeria to cover Production, Importation & Distribution until July 2025.
