Scientific Evening: General Practitioners’ Meeting
On October 17, we attended a scientific evening dedicated to the latest advancements in diabetes care and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Our speaker, Professor Heiko de Schepper, gave an engaging lecture on IBS, updating us on the latest developments and current approaches to managing this condition.
At the congresses, symposiums, and scientific evenings, we engage doctors by inviting them to play our lucky wheel, offering them the chance to take home a bag filled with promotional materials. You can also spot our internal team preparing
these bags for the doctors.
BSNM (Belgian Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility)
Around one-third of the Belgian population suffers from functional gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome and gastroesophageal reflux disease, yet these issues are often overlooked by healthcare professionals. To address this, the Belgian Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility (BSNM) is dedicated to raising awareness among gastroenterologists, general practitioners, and the public. At their symposium on October 24, the BSNM showcased its commitment to organizing dynamic events that share knowledge and promote exchange on this field. The organization also strives to advance research to improve patient care.
