In Moscow, the Experience Exchange Week took place, becoming a significant event for 40 employees who ventured to various locations to familiarize themselves with their colleagues’ work under the motto, “I came to understand what matters to you!”
Colleagues spent 3 days in the field and 2 days in the office, exploring different functions. Some visiting the fields observed the work of medical representatives and got closer to understanding our products. Others spent time in the office, acquainting themselves with the functionality of various departments, from Finance to HR. We also launched a post with photos of colleagues in the corporate local Telegram channel with visits, using hashtags like #мойденьвполях (mydayinfields) or #мойденьвофисе (mydayintheoffice).
This experience helped all employees better comprehend the tasks of each department and think about how they can help colleagues from other departments. In addition, everyone got unforgettable experiences and positive emotions from communicating with colleagues and feel OneMayoly spirit.
