The Strategy, Innovation, and Business Transformation Department’s mission is to support Group strategy and long-term growth by driving innovation and product development and by aligning strategic planning, integration projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Through managing complex business and industrial projects and integrations, developing innovative products and ensuring their industrialization, the department ensures the successful execution of Mayoly’s strategic transformation that enhances competitiveness, operational excellence and drives growth.

The department is structured around two main pillars: Innovation and Strategy & Transformation, which provide the framework for the various teams in the department, including Global Portfolio Development, OTC Sourcing, R&D Industrialization, Strategic Planning, and Strategy & Transformation, each of whom have strong project management expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time and follow a clear and structured approach.
