In September, we launched our first engagement survey. As Christophe Napiot, our EVP of Human Relations, Communication, and CSR, said: “People are, and will remain, the driving force behind our development. Passionate and committed teams help us continuously adapt to the rapid changes in our markets and consumers.”
We successfully reached a total participation rate of 85.80%. A big thank you to all our employees for their valuable feedback!
