Communication & CSR
At the heart of MAYOLY’s competitiveness and integrated within the Human Resources Department, the Communication and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) department plays a crucial role in managing the company’s image and reputation, both internally and externally. It is responsible for designing and implementing innovative and effective communication strategies aimed at enhancing the group’s visibility, ensuring message consistency, and maintaining constructive relationships with stakeholders, including the media.
The department also drives CSR commitments by developing ambitious projects that are social, societal, and environmental, perfectly aligned with MAYOLY’s strategy and stakeholder expectations. It ensures the integration of these actions into the group’s overall strategy, fostering strategic alignment with MAYOLY’s core values. Additionally, the department supports employee engagement by encouraging their involvement in CSR initiatives and ensuring the implementation of concrete and measurable actions.
In this context, it continuously evaluates the impact of its projects, ensuring their compliance. The Communication and CSR department strives to ensure that the group’s practices adhere to the highest standards of transparency, ethics, and responsibility, while actively contributing to MAYOLY’s overall performance.
