The Website is accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day and seven (7) days a week, except during periods of maintenance or upgrades previously announced by MAYOLY and except in cases of force majeure (defined in 8. Liability and Warranties below).

Any disclosure of the Contents outside MAYOLY (i.e., to competing companies and/or, more generally, to the public) exposes the User concerned to disciplinary sanctions up to and including dismissal, civil sanctions (which may consist of payment of damages) , and criminal sanctions (e.g., fines and/or imprisonment) .

On the Website, MAYOLY makes available to all Users a Corporate Social Network called “Social Wall”.

• Content and Comments contrary to public order and morality;
• Content and Comments that are defamatory, abusive, racist, discriminatory, hateful, sexist, anti-Semitic, xenophobic, revisionist, negationist, violent, obscene, pornographic or pedophilic;
• Content and Comments likely to undermine respect for human dignity, equality between women and men, and the protection of children and adolescents;
• Content and Comments that incite violence, in particular sexual and gender-based violence, the commission of crimes and/or misdemeanors, the consumption of prohibited substances, or incite suicide;
• Content and Comments that glorify certain crimes, in particular murder, rape, acts of terrorism, war crimes, and crimes against humanity;
• Content and Comments of a proselytizing nature (political, religious, etc.);
• Content and comments of an advertising nature;
• Content and Comments infringing personality rights, copyright, neighboring rights, and trademark rights;

• Content and Comments containing messages that are incomprehensible, misspelled, or in abbreviated language, making it difficult to understand their content;
• Off-topic, unintelligible, or non-argumentative Content and Comments that have no connection with the Content;
• Comments used to disseminate insulting remarks against one or more User(s);
• Comments intended to condemn or disparage Comments posted by other Users;
• Content and Comments intended to denigrate one or more Users, MAYOLY, or a public institution;
• Content and Comments revealing personal information about one or more Users (racial origins, political, philosophical, or religious opinions, union membership, morals, health and sex life, etc.);
• Content and Comments containing messages from trade unions or statements of a political nature;
• Content and Comments containing links to unverified external websites.
  MAYOLY reminds the Users that the dissemination of Comments inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination against a person or group of persons on the grounds of their origin or their actual or assumed membership or non-membership of a particular ethnic group, nation, alleged race, or religion is an offense punishable by law.
  In the event of Comments inciting hatred, violence, or discrimination, MAYOLY will be entitled to take disciplinary action against the User concerned, up to and including dismissal.

MAYOLY informs the Users that any Comment published on the Corporate Social Network is subject to moderation by MAYOLY, the latter reserving the right, without prior notification and without giving reasons, to refuse or suspend the publication of Comments deemed contrary to the law, public order and/or morality as well as to the provisions of the present Code of Conduct.
Users are also requested to notify MAYOLY of any Comments that infringe on the law and the Code of Conduct contrary to public order and/or morality.

Hypertext links set up within the framework of this Website to other resources on the Internet and to third-party websites for access to certain Services and Applications from the Website are identified and are subject to prior information and/or authorization from the websites to which they refer.
MAYOLY undertakes to terminate hypertext links at the first request of the companies to which these websites belong.
